What we don’t do
We don’t buy ads on your behalf, invent reviews, or publish a live gold rate. We don’t take your domain: it stays registered to you. Product photography on location is not included, but we’ll give you a simple shot list that works with a phone and daylight.

How long does a managed jewelry website take?
About 14 days from the brief call to launch, if photos and approvals arrive on time. The written plan shows each date before we start.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You own your domain and your content. If you leave, we hand over your content and help point the domain wherever you choose.
Do I need GetJewelryPOS to buy the website?
No. The managed website can be bought alone. Connected to GetJewelryPOS it lists your live stock; without it, we keep product pages updated for you.
Can the website show gold prices?
It can show prices built from the rate you enter in the POS, or use price on request. It never shows a live market gold rate, because that rate is not ours to publish.
Can it be in Arabic or Urdu?
Yes. We can build bilingual sites, with right-to-left pages for Arabic and Urdu. Translation of your copy is quoted separately if you need it.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, product photos (or a day for us to guide your photos), opening hours, and approval of the plan and copy. We write the rest with you.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Yes, in full if you cancel before the build starts, within 30 days. Details are on the refunds page.
Is there a cheaper way to get the website?
Yes: the Showroom Bundle includes the managed website with the setup fee waived, together with the Showroom POS plan and a marketing snapshot.
