Language questions
Which languages does GetJewelryPOS support?
The software screens and receipts can run in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese, Korean and Spanish, and translations can be edited. This website has full English pages and localized home, pricing and contact pages in the other six.
Can two staff members use different languages?
Yes. The language is chosen per user, so a Karachi counter can run in Urdu while the owner reviews reports in English.
Can a receipt show two languages?
Yes. Invoice layouts can carry text in two languages, such as English and Arabic for the UAE, or English and Urdu for Pakistan.
Do Arabic and Urdu screens read right-to-left?
Yes. Layouts mirror for right-to-left languages, not just the text direction.
Can I change a word that the translation gets wrong?
Yes. Translations are editable, so trade words can match how your staff actually speak.
Is support available in my language?
Our demos and support cover English, Arabic and Urdu, with Hindi, Spanish, Chinese and Korean on request; tell us your language when you book.
Will the online store be in my language?
The online store follows your business language settings and product names, so you can list products in the language your customers search in.
Why are only some pages of this website translated?
We started with the pages owners read first — home, pricing and contact. More translated pages follow once the English copy settles, so edits aren’t multiplied seven times.
