What sells jewelry online?
Clear photos on a plain background, the exact metal and karat, weight for gold pieces, and a fast way to ask a question. In the UAE and Pakistan that way is WhatsApp; in the US it is a message or a call. Price on request is normal for high-value pieces.

Is the online store really included in every plan?
Yes. Every GetJewelryPOS plan generates an online store from the products you add, with no extra charge. The managed website is a separate, optional service for stores that want a custom site.
Do gold prices on the store follow my daily rate?
Items priced from weight use the rate you enter in the POS. Check your online prices whenever you update the day’s rate, and use “price on request” for pieces where you prefer to quote personally.
Can customers pay online?
The store takes orders and enquiries. Online card payment works through your own payment processor where you connect one; many jewelers prefer reservations with payment in store, especially for high-value pieces.
Can I hide the price of high-value pieces?
Yes. Set any product to price on request. Customers see the photos and details and contact you to ask, which suits bridal sets and one-of-a-kind diamonds.
Will sold items disappear from the store?
Yes. Stock is shared with the POS, so a piece sold at the counter, or reserved on layaway, stops showing as available.
Can I show prices in AED or PKR?
The store uses your business currency, so a Dubai store shows dirhams and a Lahore store shows rupees. UAE prices can be shown with VAT included.
Do I need photos for every product?
Photos help a lot but are not required. Products without photos still list with their details; you can add photos later from the product record.
Can I use my own domain?
Your own domain comes with the managed website service, where our team connects it and builds the pages around your catalogue.
