Refund Policy
In short
Monthly plans are not refunded for part of a month; you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. The website setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before the build starts, within the refund window. Tax is refunded with the fee it was charged on.
The short version
- Free trial: you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Monthly plans: no refunds for part of a month. Cancel any time and keep access until the month you paid for ends.
- Annual plans: cancel within the first 30 days and we refund the unused months, pro-rata.
- Managed website setup fee: refunded in full if you cancel before the build starts and within 30 days of paying.
- Tax is refunded together with the fee it was charged on.
The details are below. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New accounts can use GetJewelryPOS free for 14 days. You are not charged during the trial. If you decide it is not for you, simply do not choose a plan. There is no POS setup fee and no minimum contract, so nothing is owed.
Monthly plans
A monthly plan is paid at the start of each month and renews automatically.
We do not refund part of a month. When you cancel, the plan stops renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. You can sell, run reports and export your data during that time.
If you downgrade from a larger plan to a smaller one, the new price applies from your next renewal. If you upgrade, you pay the difference for the rest of the current month, and the higher price applies from then on.
Annual plans
An annual plan is paid once for twelve months at a lower monthly-equivalent price.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual payment, we refund the unused part of the year, pro-rata. We work it out by days: we keep the price for the days you had the account active and refund the rest. We charge for the days used at the annual rate, not the higher monthly rate.
After the first 30 days, annual plans are not refunded. Your access continues until the end of the paid year and the plan does not renew.
This 30-day window applies to the first payment of an annual plan and to each annual renewal.
Managed website and Showroom Bundle
A managed custom website has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. The Showroom Bundle combines the Showroom plan, a managed website and a marketing snapshot in one monthly price, and may include a setup fee shown before you order.
The setup fee
The setup fee pays for planning, design and building your site.
- Full refund if you cancel before the build starts and within 30 days of paying the setup fee. “The build starts” means the day we send you the confirmed site plan and begin design work; we tell you in writing when that happens.
- No refund once the build has started, because the design and build work is done for your site alone. If you cancel part-way, we will hand over any finished content and images that are yours, as set out in our Terms.
The monthly website fee
The monthly website or bundle fee follows the same rules as a monthly POS plan: no refund for part of a month, and access continues until the paid month ends.
When we will always refund
Whatever the plan, we refund the unused prepaid time if:
- we end the service for our own reasons, not because of a breach of the Terms;
- we remove a feature that is a main part of your paid plan, and you cancel because of it;
- we charged you in error, for example a duplicate payment or a charge after you cancelled correctly.
Billing errors should be reported within 60 days of the charge.
Tax on refunds
When we refund a fee, we also refund the tax we charged on it.
- United Arab Emirates: our AED prices include 5% VAT. A refund includes the VAT portion, and we issue a tax credit note that matches the original tax invoice, so your VAT records stay correct.
- Pakistan: our PKR prices are shown plus applicable sales tax. A refund includes the sales tax charged on the refunded amount, and we issue a credit note that refers to the original invoice.
- United States: where state sales tax was added at checkout, it is refunded with the fee.
A pro-rata refund includes tax on the refunded part only. Please keep the credit note with your records; your accountant may need it for your return.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. For bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa payments, we will ask you for the details to return the money to the same account holder. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.
We cannot refund fees charged by your own card processor, bank or payment provider for sales you made through your shop. Those are between you and that provider.
How to cancel
- In the app: sign in as the business owner, go to your subscription or billing settings and choose Cancel. You will see the date your access ends.
- Or ask us: use the form on our contact page, or press the Show email button there. Send it from the account owner’s details and include your business name.
To ask for a refund under this policy, use the same contact page and say which payment it is about. We confirm every cancellation and every refund in writing.
After cancelling, you can export your data for 30 days. Please export before that period ends.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any refund or cancellation rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
